I was really bored today. So bored, in fact, that I decided to clean my DVR. Oh Man, I had no idea what I was getting into! I never realized how much crap I have in that thing. More than 20 movies which at one point or another I decided to record in case I wanted to watch them latter, plus others that I've watched and am to cheap to buy on DVD. A few "Must See" Tv specials and Documentaries, which of course I've never seen. All that adding to the ever expanding list of TV shows that are currently listed under the "Season Pass" category.

So as I cleared some of the junk I knew I would never get to (which of course I did only to make sure I have more space to record new junk which I'll never get to either) I had an Epiphany!

I AM A DVR ADDICT (one more addiction to the list *sigh*)

I've never realized it before but I'm really a "DVR Addict!" I even have two DVRs, dammit!... I need to cut back on my TV viewing. No wonder I have been suffering from writers-block and am in a creative slump, with all that crap I keep watching! I need to do something about it... A DVR detox maybe???
UGH!! why do they keep coming up with wonderfully addictive serialized tv shows that get me hooked into a never ending DVR recording frenzy?!!! Why WHY why?!!! Curse you Tivo! curse you!
